Debbie Lipka
Debbie has been with KinderCare since June of 1988. She worked at the Schaumburg and Lake Cook Road locations as Center Director prior to coming to the Wheeling location as a Center Director in 1994.

Janet Esteban
Ms. Janet has been with KinderCare since 2005. She has experience in our Discovery Preschool room and our Preschool room. Besides being our Assitant Director, she is also currently our Health and Safety Coordinator and teaches our Learning Adventures as our Program Specialist. She wears many hats at our location and is loved by all. She loves seeing the growth and development of the children.<br /> <br /> Ms. Janet knew from a young age that she wanted to become a teacher. As a child, Ms. Janet liked to play “teacher”. She would gather all her little cousins and friends, made an attendance list, and even gave them homework! They soon became bored, because that is all she would want to play, so then she turned to her stuffed animals to be her students. She would play for hours!!! <br /> <br /> Her inspiration came from her third grade teacher; Ms. Riley. She always went out of her way to make sure Ms. Janet got the best education she could possibly receive. Till this day, she remembers her teacher and still has contact with her. <br /> <br /> Ms Janet has been been married for 7 years; we are excepting our first child- a boy! She enjoy spending time with my family. She also enjoys traveling; her dream destinations would be Spain and Jamaica. <br />

Ms. Ahoova
Ms. Ahoova has been with KinderCare since 1993. She has her CDA credential and continues her education throughout the years. Previous to working at KinderCare she worked at other community daycares in the area. She loves being around the children, teaching them and seeing them grow.<br /> <br /> She is inspired by seeing all the cute faces and all the hugs she gets from the little ones. Seeing the entire first tooth, walk, crawl, and also knowing she can make a difference in their lives. <br /> <br /> When she came to the U.S., she started working as a cook at Jolly Fun House and when she took lunch to the baby room, that was the time she knew she wanted to spend her time in the baby room. <br /> <br /> When the parents walk into the room they will feel the warmth and the love for the children. She always gives comfort when needed or they will see her doing something with the babies, feeding, diapering, projects, and activities. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ahoova has been married for 32 years to my husband Yaakov. She has 1 daughter Karen; she lives with us and her husband Bert. She has 3 dogs Xoe, Cloe, and Pagette. Her hobbies are cooking and baking. She also like crocheting.<br />

Ms. Hope
Ms. hope is inspired when she see's the face of a child who has mastered a new skill or conquered a challenge, that makes her feel good, to see the smile on his/her face. She thanks god each day that she can make a positive difference in the life of a child. <br /> <br /> She knew she wanted to be a teacher when she felt a great love for children of any age and shared her teaching experience with them. She likes to interact with children and she enjoys putting together curriculum to help promote social, physical, and emotional development for each individual child. <br /> <br /> Parents will see that she interacts with their children and gives the children lots of smiles and hugs, they feel good leaving their child in her classroom, because they know their child will be safe, cared for, and loved by our teachers. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hope has a son, T.J who is 25 years old and a daughter Paige, who is 22 years old. She enjoys going bowling for fun, seeing movies in the theater. She also enjoy reading the Bible everyday and loves romantic stories and inspirational stories. She enjoys serving food and cooking food for the homeless people. She love dogs, especially Chihuahua’s. Her favorite color is pink. <br />

Ms. Jen
Ms. Jen has been with KinderCare since 2007. She has worked in the Discovery Preschool room and is currently working in the Toddler room. She has her Bachelor's in Psycology. She enjoys knowing that she has made a difference in the lives of the children and enjoys learning from the children herself.<br /> <br /> She is inspired knowing that each day she is here, and makes an impact on a child’s life!<br /> <br /> She knew she wanted to become a teacher during high school. Her mother was a teacher and she helped in a 2<sup>nd</sup> grade class during her senior year of high school.<br /> <br /> When parents enter her class, they will feel how inviting it is. She has a great deal of pride in the activities she does in class: the artwork they create, the pictures of learning new skills, and the fun they have while doing them.<br /> <br /> Ms. Jen has a 9 ½ year old daughter who grew up at this KinderCare. She has 2 pets: 1 dog Tucker and her cat Watson. She enjoys spending time listening to music, shopping and hanging out with friends and family! <br />
