Great High Intensity Workout

I recently started with ILoveKickboxing in Wheeling via their Groupon for several classes and free gloves and it wasn’t long before I joined. The classes are so much fun that I don’t mind the tough workout. The instructors provide a high energy, intense workout that is very exhausting but you can’t wait to do it again since it is not your typical boring routine. You get to punch and kick a bag and get fit while doing it!
